Kurt Johnson
KURT JOHNSON is a facilitator for the D.E.A.L. Course: Project Management for Non-Project Managers.
Kurt started his training career in 1997, after leaving the SAPS where he was responsible for the logistics function. Kurt was conducting corporate and public training courses on a part-time basis until he started his own company in 2001 and pursued a full-time training business.
Kurt Johnson has been conducting logistics, project management, and sales training on a weekly basis for various manufacturing and sales companies in Cape Town, Gauteng, Durban, and East London. He was also instrumental in assisting in the company start-up and development of all training materials and systems of an international direct sales organisation which opened its doors in 2006 in South Africa. This, in particular, required meticulous project management skills in order to meet the national product and company launch, and the subsequent roll-out of (currently) 6 national branches.
“My training style is unique in that I adapt to the level of my learners and am able to conduct training in both English and Afrikaans. The focus is on project-based activities which are identified during the course and serve as a tangible outcome for the participants.”
